Dear Parent/ Guardian,
The Athletic Department at Wyoming Area Secondary Center now hosts their Pre-Participation Athletic Forms online with
www.planeths.com
. This digital platform will allow you, and your student(s), to complete and access athletic forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. It is HIPAA, COPPA and FERPA compliant. A link to the privacy policy is located at the bottom of the Sign in page at www.planeths.com.
Parent and student must create separate accounts, using different emails and/or mobile numbers.
Important: Students must be sure to create accounts using accurate information, including their Official Name from school registration, DOB, high school graduation year and school.
You can click SELF HELP on the right of the screen for walkthroughs of the account creation, account linking, and athletic forms functionality.

Winter Sports Boys Basketball Announcement

Boys Basketball is to begin mandatory practices and tryouts (if necessary, depending on numbers) for grades 7-8-9 beginning next week. Varsity tryouts begin today at 5:15.
Those of you who are included in this email have not yet gotten all of your physical information submitted and approved. I am outlining the following steps that you need to take in order to do so. Also, I have created google classrooms to use as communication with everyone until the season gets going. The codes for each class are as follows:
7th Grade:ugb2llx

If you do not plan to play, please respond and let me know. If you do, then please get your physical taken care of ASAP. Listed below are the steps you need to follow in order to complete your physical. With any physical related information or questions, please contact the school athletic department. 2020 FALL SPORTS and Resocialization Waiver

Wyoming Area's Resocilaization to Sports requires every student and Parent to sign a waiver before attending the first team gathering. These waivers will be posted on our website as soon as the policy and procedure is approved by our Admin and School Board at our next Monthly meeting.
Fall sports - First official day for Fall sports is August 17. Varsity Football's Heat acclimatization starts Aug. 10, 2020.
The following sports are played in the Fall:
Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Boys and Girls Soccer, Girls Tennis and Girls Volleyball.

New Procedure for Sports Physicals Due August 23

New procedure for school physicals:
1. Student must log onto planeths.com and create an account using their email, phone number or student ID
2. Invite a parent/guardian to create an account
3. Parent/guardian creates an account (with a different email or phone number) and links account with students.
(The parent/guardian can have multiple children linked to their account just scroll down to see them all)
4. Begin filling out all sections of the athletic forms (these are the pages of the paper physical that used to be filled out)
Parent/guardian must then sign/initial each form
5. Print out pages 5 & 6 and take to doctor to get signed.
6. Take a picture of this signed form and upload it to planeths.com
7. School nurse will review
